ZapytajHR
The main goal of ZapytajHR is to enable people to consult their career with HR consultants. The platform's offer applies to various services such as: preparation for job interviews, changing career paths or work places or providing the latest market trends.
My role in this project is to prepare a communication strategy, than conduct UX research and to design Lo-fi mockups based on research.

- How to communicate with the target group? (who are the customers, what problems and difficulties they have, what kind of teachers they are, what are their motivations etc)
- How to organize and present information on the platform? (what information do they need, how do they choose materials, what are they guided by when choosing materials, what is important for them at work etc)
- How the service should look like and what are the expectations of the final users of the platform?
